1) Making sure you have all the gear you need and you know how to use it.
2) You must have body armor at the very least NIJ III++
3) We have dispatch that calls you ever hour confirm all is well.
4) We lend you a body worn camera to initiate at point of contact with any person or incident.
5) Dispatch see your body worn camera being activated and call for supervisor and L.E.O. if needed.
6) We have you on Dispatch map we see were you are at and IF you are making your rounds in real time, This creates transparency for our clients and our officers, Also for safety issues for our officers.
